Departing UK to TLV:
1️⃣ You must take a PCR covid test (NHS test is not good for travel to Israel) within 3 days prior to departure and show proof in the airport. You should have your passport number and date of birth on the PCR test. All passengers of all ages (yes, even babies) whether vaccinated or not must have this.
2️⃣ You need to fill in Israeli entry form for all passengers within 24 hours of departure.

3️⃣ On Arrival in Ben Gurion you will need to take a covid test. If you pre book it will cost 80 shekel, otherwise it will cost 100 shekel. Some say it's quicker not to pre-book. You can pre book tests via https://testngo.femi.com/en/sing-in
4️⃣ Make sure you have an Israeli Passport or a Student Visa or a Permit with you for all passengers.
▶️ IMPORTANT If you have been in Israel for less than 14 days, you won't be able to depart without making sure that you are out of the required isolation period which is 14 days. Please see note at the end of this message for more details.
Departing TLV to UK:
1️⃣ You must take a covid test within 3 days prior to departure and show proof of it in the airport. The test should be in ENGLISH. You should have your passport number and date of birth on the test. All passengers over the age of 11 are required to have this. Some passengers have said they insist on all ages as well since they don't know the UK requirements so best to have for all ages. You cannot take this at a kupat cholim anymore.
2️⃣ If you are travelling directly back to the UK, since Israel is considered a Green Country to the UK, you are no longer required to quarantine upon arrival but you still have to purchase a "Day 2" covid test package. This is for all passengers from the age of 5 and up. See a link below to buy the test. Once you order it, you will get an email with a Reference number which you need to copy and insert into the PLF (point number three below). Please print a copy of your order confirmation which also shows the reference number to show in the airport.

3️⃣ You need to fill in the UK Passenger Locator Form (PLF) within 48 hours prior to departure to the UK. Make sure to copy your specific PLF reference from your covid package purchase email (point number two above). Link: https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk
Please print the PLF out once completed (you get a PDF attachment to your email).
Ps. This also needs to be done even if you are transiting and staying in the UK for less than 24 hours.
4️⃣ For Israelis, or Toshav Keva over the age of 16, must fill in this Israeli Exit form: Link https://govforms.gov.il/mw/forms/ExitFromIsrael@health.gov.il
▶️ IMPORTANT If you have been in Israel for less than 14 days, you won't be able to depart without making sure that you are out of the required isolation period which is 14 days. You must make sure to take an antibody test and make sure the misrad habriyut is updated with your results to be able to depart TLV.
You can have this done for 249 shekels in Ichud Hatzola in Bnei Brak or Jerusalem (no appointment needed) and within 12 or so hours you get the results and they send it directly to Misrad Habriyut to update them of your results. You will then get an email from Misrad Habriyut confirming that your isolation has ended. The email they send it to, is the same email you use when filling out the Israeli entry form before you leave for Israel.
Before going to Ichud Hatzola, you fill out this form online and when you get there you tell them to find your name on their computer. You can also do this there but then you have to wait for a spare ipad/computer.
